My first experiment with my new sous vide circulator was a Serious Eats recipe for BBQ ribs. They turned out pretty well, nice and juicy with a hint of fake smoke and a slightly crispy top thanks to a finish in the oven.
Definitely gives me reason to keep going with more recipes.
