To hell with non-stick

Non-stick is a damn lie. After getting frustrated with my bread sticking to my loaf pans I finally did what I should have done a long-time ago: invest in some cast-iron loaf pans.

These are Canadian-made cast-iron from Bristow Iron Works in Bracebridge, Ontario. They weigh a ton and will outlive me. Can’t wait to get some dough into them.
