
Once again, when you’re in the Azores, in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, it’s all about fresh seafood. Tonight’s meal is local catch of Barracuda, the local wine from Pico Island, ceviche of shrimp and prawn, and for dessert, cheesecake from local cheese made from the dairy of the very happy local cows.
