Replenished my stock of hot sauce with a few hot, hot sauces from Maritime Madness over on PEI. They have a great variety from mild to insane and it’s good to support not just a Canadian company but a Maritime company too. For the so-called “gentle island” they do make quite a few not-so-gentle sauces. My favourite is the habanero, I put that sh*t on everything!
