Getting through another work week at home seems like a good reason to treat myself to some homemade fish tacos.

Nothing fancy here. Frozen tempura battered fish, fresh coleslaw, tomatillo sauce, a drizzle of sriracha and Nova Scotia honey, with some chopped spring onions on top. So. Good. A little bit of summer on a crisp, sunny, spring evening.
