
Treated myself to some pulled pork tacos this evening.
One nice thing about working from home is I can prepare supper in the afternoon. That meant putting a marinated porkk shoulder in the oven for a few hours to cook while I worked.
With some crispy slaw, avocado, sour cream and hot, hot sauce, it was a quick and delicious antidote to a chilly, damp, foggy, Monday evening.
