
It’s been pretty quiet around here for the last few weeks.
Not a whole lot has been going on other than working from home and having all the laundry and cleaning done. I thought it might be a good idea to change it up a little and bake something a little different, something I hadn’t made in a while. I found my self-raising flour and currents so I decided to whip up some Welsh Cakes.
I’m used to having these at Christmas time when my mom makes them but I’m pretty happy to have them during springtime lockdown.
