If we’re all meant to be inside away from each other I might as well put the time to good use.
My sourdough starter was particularly active this morning so I decided to bake a couple loaves, mostly just to see how they would come out. Turns out they came out very, very, nicely. Too bad there’s no one here to taste test with me!
