It’s been about four years and the sidewalks on my block are finally free of construction.
I honestly didn’t think I’d ever see it. It’s taken so long, and Halifax is so bad at sidewalks and pedestrian accommodation I figured they’d be closed forever. I better enjoy it while I can because I hear the last remaining corner (on the left of this photo) is also up for development. That’ll be another two years at least.
