Oysters on the half shell on ice with three small sauces on the side for an appetizer. For the main course a strip loin steak with three scallops, fingerling potatoes and local vegetables on the side.

My mom is in town and is treating me to a VERY nice steak dinner for my upcoming birthday. With oysters and scallops. And wine, don’t forget the wine. And mini-donuts for dessert. Fantastic!
